Glow 4 IT 5K Run/Walk

Glow 4 IT Fox Cities starts in a party zone under blacklights with a light show and great music. Along the new route, there are multiple party zones where we'll be illuminating you with blacklights and pumping the tunes to keep you moving! You'll finish the run in a spectacle of lights and lasers! A DJ will keep us movin' at the AfterGLOW party!

This will be the 5th year SOAR Fox Cities is hosting the Glow 4 IT 5K Fun run/walk. Glow 4 IT is a non-competitive, non-timed event so individuals of all abilities can join the fun!

The Glow 4 IT 5K Fun run/walk is pure fun! Once you sign up, be ready for fun to the "nth" degree! The party starts at 7:30pm with the race beginning at sunset. Throughout the party, we'll keep the music playin' and will make sure we put the GLOW in Glow 4 IT. We encourage all runners to dress up in their brightest, most fun apparel and we'll provide the glow items, but you can definitely bring your own too!

Don't miss the early bird special! $35/runner if registered by March 31,2019. After that registration is $40/runner. All runners registered by April 12th will receive a run shirt, no shirt can be guaranteed after April 12th.

We are super excited to announce a new location & new route this year!

We'll start the race at Hydro Park in Kaukauna and follow the Konkapot Creek Trail to County Road CE. From there you'll Glow IT all the way to Hillcrest Drive and head back into Kaukauna to return to Hydro Park.

Also new this year is the option to pre-purchase some Glow Swag! Available for purchase will be a Glow 4 IT Hoodie, a cool hat, or a long-sleeved t-shirt! We are currently in the process of perfecting your Glow Swag, but hope you'll check back to see the options and buy! As the time to shake our Glow makers gets closer, we'll also send out an email to all runners to remind them that swag is available!
